Pretty in Pink

At last the rain is clearing and though the days are still cloudy (and humid!)  it is now possible to spend some hours in the garden.  I would not call myself a pink person but the garden proves otherwise with its offerings:

Mandevilla Triple Pink

Hibiscus Double Pink

Carpet Rose ‘Apple Blossom’

‘Cécil Brünner’

Spirea ‘Anthony Waterer’

You just reminded me I meant to plant some pink Spirea this year! Sadly, Mandevilla is an annual here but it sure does flourish beautifully in the time it’s allotted… May the dry spell hang on for you!
