Hibiscus ‘Swan Lake’

The sun played hide and seek in between the rain yesterday but my friends Ben, Ang and I went on a nursery crawl anyway.  At one of the nurseries we were astonished to find a row of four pots of white Hibiscus Swan Lake selling for $759.80 – at $189.95 each.

$759.80 for four standard hibiscus

Hibiscus ‘Swan Lake’ in my garden.  They do look like ballerinas dancing in the wind.

I am sending a couple of ‘Swan Lake’ to the Huge Plant Sale to raise money for cancer research.  Other plants going to Lane Cove from my garden include those shown below and more:

Perennial Basil

Salvia ‘Van Houtei’

Jasmine ‘Maid of Orleans’

Rice Paddy Herb (tastes of citrus and cumin)

Plant sale April 2017
