Sitting Alone with Jing Ting Mountain by Li Bai(translation)

This is my translation of the Chinese poem by the Tang Dynasty poet, Li Bai (701 -762)

 

Sitting Alone with Jing Ting Mountain

Flocks of birds have flown too far to see

As the one lonely cloud drifts by

We can look at each other forever

Only Jing Ting Mountain and me
