Techno Crisis – my iPhone died (and resurrected)!

I use my iPhone for photography so this morning I was distressed to find that it’d ‘died’ overnight.  Nothing but a blank face.  It won’t be charged; what’s wrong?

Those of you who follow my blog know that I use it as my camera.  This morning as I walked through my garden with its spring flowers and new growth, I thought I would take some photos – well, you know what happened.

I’m not worried about not having a mobile phone but no camera?  This is serious.  My poor neglected point-and-shoot pocket camera is starved of juice and finding the charger for its battery (where’s the battery?) became a priority.  And where is the thingamajig that connects the camera to the computer for downloads?  Yikes.

If you are techno savvy you would think me pathetic.  Guilty – but can you give me a clue as to how to resurrect the iPhone?

Update:  after googling “iPhone died” I found some suggestions by people who experienced the same problem and one of them worked:  hold the sleep button and on/off switch at the same time and it will come back to life.  Phew

Meanwhile I’ve found my pocket camera and accessories.  The battery is being charged :)

I’m glad to hear that I-phone only suffered a minor melt-down. Technology can be so pesky sometimes.
